- To provide language oriented and project-based curricula as well as the necessary tools for international collaboration and communication, thus inspiring students to participated in the global economy and in their own cultures.
- To connect students in places that have a historic and/or heritage link to one another.
- To encourage the creation of new cultural products through student collaboration as well as early development of entrepreneurial skills.
- To use the enhanced student experience to reduce drop-out rates and encourage students to see the relevance of their education and take greater pride in their own cultural heritage.
